Company mission

After 15 years of working in leading positions in companies in the food and beverage and hotel sectors, the vision of our company came to life. Constant labour shortages and flows, under-education, taxes and wages plus a host of other human-related problems seen by business owners.

But an even worse problem is the quality and availability of service from the customer side. This is a complex and multifaceted problem that cannot be solved with just one solution. It began with the idea of optimizing processes at the micro level and has now grown into a larger idea to unleash a revolution across the industry.

FOR WHAT REASON

The idea is to completely redesign the so-called simple service work, automating it and thus increasing the quality, speed and even processes of service by collaborative robots. Yes, it will eliminate some low-paying jobs as during any technology revolution, but it will also create many new ones at a higher level.

WHICH

We develop different solutions for the food and beverage industry, starting with a fully automatic, mobile, contactless bar solution. Its wow factor, speed and communication skills take bartender automation to the next level. This is just the first of many ideas we have in store. We have ideas for several service robotics solutions such as serving large crowds, food technology solutions and communicative chat robots for service companies.

WHO

Our first clients are located in the Baltics and are an event venue, nightclub, beverage company and bar. The negotiation includes pilot projects with clients from various airports, sports arenas, hotel chains, nightclubs, bars, transport centers. In addition, event marketers, property developers and resellers. So any busy place that needs service fits our solution and vice versa. The covid era has additionally brought with it an urgent need for contactless and hygienic solutions, which Yanu essentially is.
