1. Familiar with embedded product development and development process, more than two years of first-line product development experience, experience in non-standard products such as logistics equipment is preferred；
2. Have more than two years of project management experience, and pass PMP certification is preferred；
3. Familiar with the R&D project management process, familiar with the CMMI R&D system, able to control the project process and control the quality of the project；
4. Good communication/coordination skills, risk assessment skills, problem solving/promotion skills, management knowledge, ability to build, organize, and motivate teams, etc.；
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
