1. Bachelor degree or above in science and technology or quality major, more than 7 years of experience in quality management, familiar with and able to flexibly apply quality tools；
2. Good at communication and summary, have good professional literacy, and have strong problem-handling and business decision-making skills.；
3. Possess the ability to manage the whole process of quality, be familiar with the R&D process, control the quality of the R&D process, and have the ability to connect and deal with R&D quality and market feedback issues.
4. Have strong organizational ability, guidance ability and promotion ability, and can organize and analyze problems, formulate plans, and promote the implementation of plans.；
5. Be familiar with and master quality tools and methods, FMEA, QC tools, TRIZ tools, etc.；
6. Experience in automotive, industrial equipment, robotics and other industries is preferred, experience in team management and experience in machinery, automation and other industries is preferred.
