1) Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering thermophysics, energy and power engineering, power engineering, and thermal energy engineering; more than 2 years of thermal design experience；
2) Familiar with mainstream fluid simulation software and two-dimensional and three-dimensional software; familiar with the properties of various thermal interface materials；
3) Be able to skillfully operate temperature measuring instruments, and be able to combine heat transfer path analysis to improve related problems；
4) High sense of responsibility and subjective initiative, strong stress resistance, good team awareness and communication and collaboration skills.
