1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated from mechanical related majors；
2. More than three years of experience in mechanical structure development, independently responsible for or leading the development of complete equipment；
3. Familiar with commonly used mechanical transmission mechanism forms, such as gear transmission, belt transmission, screw transmission, etc., and able to perform theoretical analysis and design calculations.；
4. Familiar with the selection of motors, reducers and transmission structures of automation equipment；
5. Familiar with the structural design of sheet metal parts, die castings, machining parts and injection molded parts, and understand the mold design process and process；
6. Proficient in using commonly used design software such as CREO and AutoCAD, and familiar with statics and dynamics simulation software.
