1. Formulate the overall delivery plan of the mobile robot project, track the plan and correct it in time; 

2. Be responsible for project start-up and risk identification and control. Promote efficient project collaboration through the coordination of internal and external resources; 

3. Be responsible for the confirmation of project customer implementation conditions and do a good job in on-site project implementation management; 

4. Track the implementation situation, follow up on-site customer problem solving, and promote project acceptance; 

5. Do a good job in project process document management, and conduct regular project summary and experience sharing.
