Description
Requirements
- Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification;
- At least 8-10 years of experience in the development and industrialization of robotics or complex mechatronic systems;
- Proven multi-year experience in transitioning hardware products to series production, including manufacturing technologies and DFM/DFA principles;
- At least 8-10 years of experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and managing external partners;
- Familiarity with relevant standards and certification processes for robotics and industrial electronics;
- Structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset;
- Fluent in German and English at a professional level.
