Requirements
- Degree in industrial engineering, production technology, supply chain management, or a comparable field.
- Experience in production planning, ideally with a focus on process and system development.
- Knowledge of planning systems and their implementation (e.g., ERP, APS, MES).
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in interdisciplinary projects.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); ideally experienced with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) and planning tools (e.g., Business Central).
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
