Key candidate requirements include:

  1. PCBA troubleshooting and diagnosis experience (5+ yrs)
  2. Working knowledge of digital oscilloscopes, multimeters, various soldering equipment, hand tools, and 3D printers;
  3. Excellent soldering skills (2+ years);
  4. Read and interpret electronic schematics (5+ years);
  5. Prototyping and assembly;
  6. Ability to work with little oversight;
  7. Attention to detail;
  8. Mechanical aptitude;
  9. Very organized / Methodical;
  10. Data collection and analysis skills;
  11. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  12. Team oriented and personally committed to continuous improvement;
  13. Demonstrate ability to interface effectively and positively with all members of the organization;
  14. Computer literacy for basic Microsoft Office applications, Google platform, and Slack platform for communication.
