1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, automation, mathematics and other related fields；
2. Proficient in Python, have a good foundation for deep learning, and are familiar with the PyTorch deep learning framework；
3. Familiar with cutting-edge algorithms in the field of physical intelligence, such as ACT, Diffusion Policy, π0/0.5, GR00T, etc.；
4. Experience in operating VLA with both arms is preferred；
5. Have research experience in the field of large models or multi-modal large models, have an in-depth understanding of mainstream visual language large models, and have work experience in fine-tuning, deployment and other processes.；
6. Publication of related robotics and computer vision top conference papers (RSS, ICRA, CVPR, CoRL, ICLR, NeurlPS, IROS, etc.) is preferred.
