Key candidate requirements include:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, automation, etc., with more than 3 years of hardware design work experience；
2. Solid foundation of analog and digital power, familiar with commonly used bus electrical indicators, timing and protocols；
3. Can independently complete the schematic diagram and PCB design and hardware debugging of high-current motor drive circuits or high-speed circuits such as SoCs and FPGAs.；
4. Familiar with the performance parameters, failure principles, etc. of commonly used devices, and have certain failure analysis capabilities.；
5. Proficient in using common instruments such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, and used to solve hardware problems.；
6. Have follow-up production experience, familiar with EMC, EMI and other anti-interference design and certification rectification experience, familiar with electrostatic protection and SMT technology；
7. Self-driven, strong sense of responsibility for work, smooth collaboration and communication.
