The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics and other related majors；
2. Skill requirements：
Proficient in the structural design of robots or precision mechanisms, with complete experience from design, simulation to trial production；
Familiar with commonly used materials, gears/harmonics/planetary reducers, bearings, seals, and assembly processes；
Proficient in CAD (Solidworks, Creo, CATIA, etc.), simulation tools (ANSYS, ABAQUS, Adams, etc.)；
Understand the basic performance and mechanical and electrical integrated design of motors, sensors, and drivers；
Have good design specifications, reliability design, lightweight design and engineering landing capabilities.
3. Experience requirements：
More than 3 years of R&D experience in robots, automation equipment, precision transmission mechanisms, etc.；
R&D experience with complete products/modules from 0-1 is preferred；
Background in humanoid robots, bipedal robots, powered exoskeletons, and motion control products is preferred.

Extra points：
1. Background in robot dynamics and control algorithms is preferred；
2. Experience in multi-generation product iteration, good at system construction and platform design；
