Candidate requirements include:
1. Familiar with robots, and a background in robot work is preferred;

2. Master the C++ and python programming languages, understand the working methods of the ROS system, and understand the use of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow;

3. Understand robot simulation software, such as mojuco, gazebo, NVIDIA Isaac, etc;

4. Understand the key issues in the sim2real process of the machine, such as motor modeling, communication delay simulation, noise, perception simulation, etc;

5. Have a strong interest and passion in robotics and AI intensive learning.
