Candidate requirements include:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with the ability to work independently;

2. Familiar with embedded hardware systems, understand the design of electromechanical systems and their control systems, be able to design hardware circuits, and have embedded software programming and debugging capabilities;

3. Possess the theoretical foundations of industrial automation, control theory and circuit design; be familiar with embedded systems and related sensors; understand the basic principles of servo motors and power supplies;

4. Have good communication skills and team awareness; work actively, be serious and responsible;

5. Industry-related internship experience or strong learning ability is preferred;

6. Fresh graduates or within two years of graduation are preferred.
