We are currently hiring a Senior Simulation Algorithm Engineer (3DGS) to join our R&D team in Shenzhen. Key candidate requirements include:
1. Master's degree or above in computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence or related fields;

2. At least 3 to 5 years of simulation platform development experience, experience based on Isaac Sim or similar simulation tools is preferred;

3. Proficient in 3DGS and other algorithms, have actual project experience in virtual asset reconstruction and generation, and are familiar with the design and implementation of virtual asset management systems;

4. Possess the ability to randomly construct scenes and configure parameters, be familiar with data collection and analysis processes, and have experience in using related tools;

5. Able to lead a team, possess the ability of project management and cross-departmental collaboration, excellent communication and expression skills, and be able to clearly explain technical solutions and project progress;

6. Passionate about new technologies, able to continuously explore and apply innovative methods.
