We are currently hiring a Senior Engineer of VLA Algorithm (J17304) to join our advanced robotics research team in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. Outline to the list of requirements for the candidate:
1.Development experience: Rich experience in successfully deploying complex perception, decision-making, or control algorithms on real-machine platforms, including but not limited to various types of robotic arms, dexterous hands, four-legged, humanoid platforms, etc., can independently complete the closed-loop work from algorithm development to real-machine verification;

2. Professional background: Have a master's or doctoral degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, robotics, electronic engineering or related fields;

3. Theoretical foundation: Have an in-depth understanding of robotics, machine learning, deep learning and other fields, have in-depth research in the field of VLA, and are familiar with VLM, MLLM, and traditional motion control pipelines;

4. Programming ability: Proficient in Python, C++ and other programming languages, proficient in using commonly used AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, familiar with ROS tool chain, Docker and mainstream simulation environments (such as Isaac Sim);

5. English proficiency: Able to read English technical literature fluently and conduct professional exchanges;

Bonus points: 

  • Have research or development experience in VLA and VLM related projects, and are a pioneer in the field of embodied intelligent robots;
  • Familiar with full-stack perception technologies, including computer vision (target detection, segmentation, etc.), three-dimensional point cloud processing, SLAM, and understand the principles of commonly used sensors such as cameras and lidars and embedded development;
  • Published papers in top conferences or journals in the field of AI, robotics, or large models, or have related patents;
  • Have experience in leading technical teams or projects.
