The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

1. A master's degree or above in computer science, automation, robotics and other related majors is preferred, and more than 3 years of algorithm research and development experience is preferred. ；
2. Proficient in the working principle and related performance indicators of various sensors；
3. Proficient in camera and radar-based multi-sensor fusion positioning algorithms, proficient in commonly used EKF, ICP, NDT and other basic algorithms； 
4. Experience in autonomous driving fusion positioning algorithm, familiar with Camera/LiDAR/IMU/RTK/ODOM fusion algorithm or actual project experience in high-precision map positioning is preferred, and actual project experience in BEV mapping positioning algorithm is preferred；
5. Have a sense of responsibility, self-drive and excellent communication skills, have a solid mathematical foundation, are familiar with C/C++ programming, and have good programming habits.；
6. Good problem analysis skills, good stress resistance, passion for solving challenging problems, excellent teamwork spirit, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
