Key candidate requirements include:

1. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including the TCP/IP suite, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching;
2. Hands-on experience with (or strong knowledge of) firewall and load balancing concepts;
3. A demonstrable passion for cybersecurity and a strong desire to grow skills in identity management, secure protocols, and network hardening;
4. Familiarity with or interest in managing SSL/TLS certificates;
5. Knowledge of or interest in identity protocols like OAuth2.0;
6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills;
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly;
8. Mandatory: Ability to work on-site at our Carate Brianza headquarters as per the hybrid model (4 days on-site, 1 day remote);
9. Mandatory: Willingness and ability to travel nationally to customer sites, up to 15% of the time;
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
