Key candidate requirements include:

1. Technical diploma (mechanical, mechatronics, or similar);
2. Previous experience in assembling robots or complex industrial systems;
3. Good knowledge of mechanical design and use of measuring instruments;
4. Ability to use workshop tools and equipment;
5. Willingness to travel occasionally in Italy or abroad;
6. Knowledge of English (at least B1).
